Okay, all of you. Enough’s enough. Let’s be real for one second about this job search process. It is a jungle, folks — a wild, chaotic mess of automated applications, robotic rejections, and ghosting recruiters. (Seriously, did they fall into a black hole? Did their email implode? The suspense is killing me!)

You worked day and night on that resume, just writing that cover letter, really promoting those exceptional skills and experiences. Then you click the button, “submit” and then. nothing. Not a peep. Not even a “thanks, but no thanks.” It’s like your application vanished into some cyber Bermuda Triangle.
But what if I were to tell you that, actually, there is a better way? A magic trick that could blast past the gatekeepers right out into the people who actually matter? (Dramatic trumpets anyone?)
Remember when you were that guy at that networking event, clinging to that half-warm glass of Chardonnay, and before you knew it, you were in a war story conversation with the hiring manager of the company where you most desperately wished to work? Next thing you know you’re debating serif vs. sans-serif fonts about user research?.
